Holly Lynton: "In Between"

Holly Lynton, American photographer infuses her own memories and recollections with the power of photography in her series In Between. While gazing upon these images, time stops at a standstill, allowing a moment to reminisce. The smell of fresh grass, knee grazes, the sound of insects on a hot summers day. A fusion of cherished memories, a reminder to make the most out of life’s simple moments. Images lost in motion, an understanding of stems of relationships. A puzzle of images between child’s play and adult encounters, these photos come together in the delicate form of story telling. With her series In Between, this photographer projects an intimate illustration of memories, a narrative strong in emotion, where multiple tales are possible.
