This week, we present to you the work of two of our French readers. François Boutaud allows us a discovery into his series “Bretagne de l’Espagne” (ndlr, “Brittany of Spain” in english), while Anthony Denizard focuses on the beauty of everyday moments.
François Boutaud
François Boutaud is 28 year old photographer from Toulouse. Inspired by skate culture, photography is for him “proof that tricks exist“. It is in this univers that he started taking pictures while following his gut feeling. Last summer, with his partner, he travelled from the South of France all the way till North-West Spain. On the Galice route, he uncovered wild creeks and eucalyptus forests. He shares with us encounters made and on the way and landscapes that gave the beat to the heart of the “Brittany of Spain”.

Anthony Denizard
“In an era where over-the-top narratives or photoshopped pictures are more and more present, I am happy that life itself offers it’s strange situations which are far more beautiful than anything I could have staged.” For Anthony Denizard, photography is a work of contemplation. These scenes capturing ‘the everyday’ are the result of long walks, dawdling and waiting.
